"We had a fabulous stay at the hotel. I was completely impressed with how courteous and efficient the hotel staff were especially the doorman, the bellboy and the concierge. However, I have one complaint to make. I requested earlier for a king size bed but they only prepared two single beds pushed together to form one bed. So my husband and I had to sleep on our sides of the bed as sleeping in the middle of it would be very uncomfortable because of the gap.Overall, I would recommend this hotel to visitors to Jakarta."
