Sultan Hotel Jakarta (Jakarta Hilton Hotel)

"The Sultan Hotel even though a bit an old place I still find it conducive for staying in Jakarta. I like the aura and ambiance of the place. However, there are not much shops on it. Food is great.One thing that needs improvement is the efficiency of the employees in communication using English. We have to repeat saying our requests almost always before we get to understand each other. Also, the internet service is too slow. Access to the net should be improved to make it efficient."

"Averall it was a great experience, location, food and staff service was excellent with the exception during the check out on the 13th. We checked out at 6 am in the morning. A staffmember was handling us and he was quite condencending in his behaivour and teh way he asked questions. He charged us for the room even though the voucher had been given to the staff when we checked in. Apparently accord to him the room charge was not settled yet, and he insisted to find out the reason why. Though we would not mind him trying to clarify issues, we minded very much the way he did it. It was a pity that he marred our averall experience with the hotel service"
