I Recomend This hotel for faamily Holiday, Leisure and Business as well. The hotel intreduced an Wifi Facilities with a resnable priceand that was excellent. Most of the services was exclellent such as Room service and Lundry Service. The hotel hav a variant of Food including Eastern and weastern food. It is so close to a very nice shopoing mall and also so close for most of the interested places in jakarta. Nice Spa.

The room is OK except the staff at the reception seems to be unaware about the booking made thru internet & unable to provide any receipt when we check out of the hotel.

We left our shopping bag there. Unable to contact the hotel to ask the staff to retrieve our items. Our email to the hotel bounced back with this message: "mailbox is full: retry timeout exceeded".

Sure to be back here on my next trip to Jakarta. Everything perfect and the hotel located close to several business centre. Calm and peaceful inside the building even though bit crowded just outside the hotel

Good location and good value for the price paid. Except for the housekeeping, the rest of the staff are excellent. All the Mangga Dua malls are just in front of the hotel for you to explore
