The hotel is well worth its 4 star rating, it is famous and easy to find, all taxi drivers know this hotel. Breakfast is good and has plenty choices. All staff are nice and do not ask for tips aggressively. But the hotel only has broadband internet access on 16 and 17 floors, lower floors do not have broadband. The lobby and resteraunt has WiFi access, but you need to buy prepaid WiFi access cards to use it. And when I was at the hotel, the hotel ran out of the cards. So please make sure you ask for rooms with broadband internet access at check in, if you need it. And by the way, the broadband fee is Rp121,000 per day, about US$13.50 per day, which is not cheap.
