Lincoln from Malaysia stayed in a Executive club for 3 days in June.

The staff are so friendly. We love the executive clubroom and the lounge. It will definitely be our second home for a quick holiday. Which will be back in December. Shopping centre Mangga 2 is a walking distance and the shopping is great. Anyone thinking of staying in Le Grandeur Hotel, don't have second thoughts. Just book it and you will not regret.

Hassan from Singapore recently stayed in a Superior for 3 days.

Stayed there 3 nights. Reason for trip was golfing for me and shopping for my better half. Hotel location is perfect for both as Mangga Dua ITC and other shopping malls are directly connected through a series of overhead bridges to the hotel. You can literally shop in air-con comfort at three or four malls without having to walk the crowded streets. For golf, there is also easy access to the highways, which can take you to the golf courses at the Karawaci, Tangerang and near the airport. I went to Bogor and took 30 minutes to reach the golf course using highway. Breakfast was good with many choices served. Requested for a power adapter and was delivered within 5 minutes. Overall, a very pleasant and fuss-free stay.

We didn's get our rooms till about 2pm and the luggage were send much later. Please be aware that children aged up to 12 yrs old pays 50% for breakfast. Extra bed at US40/day ivclusive of breakfast. We could not get adjoining rooms as requested during our booking confirmation. Breakfast spread was generous though quite average.Generally service was satisfactory.Location is good for shopping and dining.When it rains, roads are flooded.Overall, it was a plesant stay.I'll be back for sure!

The hotel is well worth its 4 star rating, it is famous and easy to find, all taxi drivers know this hotel. Breakfast is good and has plenty choices. All staff are nice and do not ask for tips aggressively. But the hotel only has broadband internet access on 16 and 17 floors, lower floors do not have broadband. The lobby and resteraunt has WiFi access, but you need to buy prepaid WiFi access cards to use it. And when I was at the hotel, the hotel ran out of the cards. So please make sure you ask for rooms with broadband internet access at check in, if you need it. And by the way, the broadband fee is Rp121,000 per day, about US$13.50 per day, which is not cheap.
