Memorably professional check-in after realizing a hotel error in reservation. Superb room and great attention to detail. Space, outstandingly comfortable bed and good linen. Quiet air conditioning. Clean bathroom. Good sized towels. Complimentary soft drinks in minibar (nice touch). Uninspiring meals in the coffee shop and even less inspiring service (no water poured, no return to suggest desserts, slow bill etc). Incredibly intrusive noise from disco during dinner in coffee shop. But beautiful property....

Excellent value for money hotel and very centrally located. As it's adjacent to the major toll road there is some traffic noise but acceptable. Security measures are very visible so you'll feel very safe in the hotel area. Also next to Plaza Semanggi, an excellent mall with a great food court and big convenience store so you have many choices. Taxis are always directly available.

The room is quite good. However, the hotel is rather far from the shopping area and othertourists attrcation. Even though, there is one shopping mall nearby th hotel it does not comprise local goods, taking consideration of the massive traffic we may find very difficult to move. However, the concierge and taxi are alwasy available. In summary, I would say the hotel is good but the environment in Jakarta itself is not.
