We stay at the Ciputra Hotel whenever we are in Jakarta (which has been for 11 years so far). It is a safe, well located hotel with good quality facilities and food. It is located within the same building as a large mall meaning that you can walk to the shops without fighting through the Jakarta traffic. Rooms are of a good size and the dining room is one of the most pleasant breakfast experiences we have had as there is plenty of space between the tables and the food is generally good.Service is very good too, as is the coffee & chocolate muffins!! One downer is that many of the rooms are needing rennovation as some facilities work poorly, such as bath plugs not working, and the AC sometimes not being adequately controlled from the control unit in the room. Other than that its a great hotel and we will continue to use it

Very nice hotel. Quite close to the airport. Very handy having a mall underneath. We stayed in the executive club room and there was a very nice large room that we went for breakfast that was just for people that had booked an executive club room. It had computers and free access to internet. You could go into this room anythime of the day and have a cold drink or tea/coffee and a snack free. When we checked out of our room we stayed in this area for 2 hours until it was time to go to the airport. Great idea.

Shower head not working upon check in, need to request technician to fix it. Only one set of slipper, toothbrush and toiletries are provided even though it is a twin sharing room.
