The hotel is located on good location very close to shopping complex and very easy to find good restaurant in neighbor area. Interior atmosphere is ok but the room is rather small with no bathtub in the bathroom. The first step into the room is not so impressive because the very strong smell of cigarette smoke. It is recommended they should take out room carpet because it always absorb smoke and makes bad smell. Breakfast is good but I didn't try dinner. From my experience at Ibis Arcadia Hotel, it makes me so curious to try another Ibis Tamarind Hotel located on the opposite site of this hotel. My first two nights in Jakarta, I stayed at Millennium Sirih Hotel and it was very more comfortable. I only paid a few US dollars more for room rate and got more stars accommodation.

rooms were quite noisy as you could hear people talking, no very good noise protection! except that, it was ok for 1 night but I would probably look for something nicer for a longer stay!

Hotel Arcadia is strategically located, near centers of business and culture. The staff is respectful, helpful and efficient. The in-house travel agency (Dewi) is patient in helping foreign tourists with their domestic destinations.

Food served in this hotel is good and delicious, all the staff are friendly and willing to help us. The room is a bit small but good value for money. I will stay in this hotel again when I visit Jakarta in the future.
