Satisfaction
I stayed 4 nights for Lebaran holiday with my family and have a bad experience. Due to the air condition power system reduced automatically at 00 AM, cause the room temperature is become hot. After complain, next day I have to move to another room. Again the room temperature changed to sauna room after 00 AM. This happen every night and force me to stay remaining nights considering the room rates have been paid. This hotel is not recommended for stay with family.
