I am really disappointed that I write Mr & Mrs in booking information clearly but we was assigned double sigle beds.The root is too humid to be comfortable.Anyway,the pool is good and it is close to beach....

The beach belonging to the hotel are was nice but quite dirty. We saw some workers cleaning it but in my opinion it was not enough.

The resort is nice and pretty quiet. But I find the food to be quite expensive. We also went to the spa...also quite expensive. I wish they can give discounts to hotel guests.

We stayed in Lagoon for only one night. Their serivces are good. Although their official check-in time is 3pm, they let me check in at 12am when I arrived. We were so deep impressed by their welcome Indonisian folk dancing and the tasty welcome drink. The private beach is beautiful, as well as the swimming pool.
That's for the good side, while for the bad side: the lunch buffet. price is reasonable, but not too many choices, the food quality is only so so. As for the location, I may say it's too far away from the center of Bintan, 20-30min's drive.
In general, we had a very good time here in Lagoon, Bintan!!
