Towels were stained and old. No TV, internet or restaurant. Had to wait about 1-1.5hrs for room service. If you are looking for something really laid back, this may be the place. Quiet and lack modern facilities. Rooms are reasonably sized with big balcony and big bath tub. Good view of padi field (if room is beside the pool). Do check for airconditioning as not all rooms comes with it. Staff is always friendly. Shops/restaurants not within walking distance Some restaurants/spa do provide free pickup/return transport. Call ahead to check as hotel charges for transport to ubud village.
