Deidre from Australia recently stayed in a Superior for 5 days.
We were very happy with our stay at the Tamukami, lovely owners friendly service was exceptional. Fantastic pool couldn't do enough to help us. Food was awesome so much for breakfast to eat so much choice. Rooms were so big and spacious we had to put an extra bed in our room for our 11 yr old son and we still had so much room. Clean and sparkling rooms and grounds. Close to the beach to walk through from the Bonsai Cafe to our hotel, only minutes to all beach amenities. The only thing I didn't like was the mattress. It was too hard for me, I am a softie. Apart from that an excellent..
Please be patient…

Michael from Australia stayed in a Bungalow suite for 5 days in August.
My wife and I both felt that the hotel was overpriced. The room was very well appointer. There was a large swimming pool with nicely landscaped gardens around it.We ate at the restaurant each day for breakfast and one night for dinner. THe breakfast consisted of a small fruit platter, not very nice as some of the fruit was not ripe. The juices were fine as were the pasteries however the eggs were not well cooked. For the evening meal, which was not cheap I had the prawn dish. In Bali the only time I saw tiny prawns was on my plate at dinner. The prawns were over cooked and rubbery. We were both dissappointed with the evening meals. While there were a couple of families most of the people tended to be late middle aged and not particulary friendly. There are many better and cheaper hotels to stay at in Sanur.Hotel Facilities

Beautiful gardens and public area but the design of the rooms around the swimming pool means that it is difficult to relax if other guests are loud and have annoying noisy children.Hotel Facilities

We were so excited to arrive at Tamukami and to find ourselves staying in what seemed to us like a beautiful Balinese temple with a lush, magical central courtyard and pool. The accommodation was beautiful - aesthetic, tasteful, clean, comfortable - the staff were friendly and helpful and the food was great. Our only regret was that we hadn't planned on staying for longer than an overnight stop. Thank you for a wonderful stay.Hotel Facilities

If you are looking for a peaceful place to stay close to Sanur beach you will love this. It is well run. friendly and clean. The garden and pool area were very attractive. I would reccomend this and would stay here again if I have th chance to return to Bali. It is a great location not far from shops and ristos and has a nice resto with entertainment at least 4 times a week.Hotel Facilities

Jerome from Australia stayed in a Superior for 5 days.
Very haandy to shopping, restaurants and the beach.A very quiet and peaceful motel where the customer is the priority. There are 2 things that could be improved upon....the water temperature of the pool is hot and the inclusion of a fan in the rooms would compliment the airconditioner and the cooling of the room. During our stay in Bali I did notice that a lot of other motels had the big bottle water coolers in their rooms this made sense as it cut down on plastic bottle waste. By adding AU$2 a day the owners would be in front.Something to think about Tamukami. I will be returning to this Motel on my next holiday.Hotel Facilities

The room was well appointed with a king sized bed. There is no fitness centre, not that I would have used it anyway. Taxi service and drivers are available at the front door. The restaurant and bar area is small, and the breakfast supplied was not a buffet style, and if there was something that you would like that was not on that particular part of the menu, you would pay for it. All other placed I stayed had everything in a buffet style. The staff were very friendly except for the owners. They were very Nazi style when coming to using the pool. HAD to have a shower before entering the pool or they would be at you. HAD to use towels that were supplied around the pool. Only problem was they did not keep an array of clean towels to use and they watched you like hawks. The owners are not balanese and the way they behaved showed. I prefered to eat at other restaurants in the area. Not a bad place to stay but in future would probably select a different place where I could walk straight onto the beach along the boardwalk.Hotel Facilities

The greenery of the hotel is etched in my mind. The hotel had the traditional touch of Bali. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the sea beach through the Bonsai cafe premises.Hotel Facilities

This is a great place to stay. The decor is a mix between old Bali and European. The rooms are spacious and because it is a small resort the noise levels are low. It was relaxing and very comfortable. The staff are all extremely friendly and the owners lovely people too. I do not have a negative thing to say about this hotel and would definitely recommend it to any of my friends and will be staying there again on my next trip.Hotel Facilities

had a wonderful stay at tamukami! booked it cause of superb reviews on tripadvisor and was not disappointed. lovely quiet place, very tasteful set up, beautiful pool, large, spacey rooms with good beds and a big bathroom including a bath! staff helped us out nicely when our luggage was lost at the jakarta airport by making phone calls for us. really close to beach and restaurants, but away from any noise, sweet! would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay at a beautifull place!Hotel Facilities
