I think this hotel is great value for money, the only thing I could fault, is they weren't in any hurry with the service. But then again, that’s what a holiday is about isn't it, relax and slow down.

Great value for money, lovely clean room and surrounds. Just a little far from the beach but free shuttle is good. Attentive, pleasant staff. Hotel is nice and quiet perfect for couples.

The hotel was clean, the room very spacious and comfortable with very pleasant hotel staff. We took tennis racquets as the Grand Bali website lists tennis. There are no courts there or within an easy walk. Another website said the hotel had squash courts. (It doesn't.) I e-mailed the hotel to clarify and have still not heard back. The internet is expensive at the hotel, free wireless would be a nice perk for guests.

I just like the size of my room, it was big, and the bathroom was spacious. The welcome massage was excellent too, although it only lasted for 15 minutes. Overall, it's a recommended hotel.

The Swiss Grand Bali is a good and quiet place for travllers looking for some serenity and quietness. Location is not really as ideal as it seems. It's a bit far from everything but calling a taxi there is not a problem as the friendly staff will always be around to assist you without any obligations and charges. Full marks to the staff! The hotel need some renovation as I feel that although they need to blend in with the balinese style and settings, the place is getting tired and in need of renovation or even major upgrading! Walls are cracking, the marbles and in quite bad condition and the furnishings in both bathroom and room itself need to change. Overall a pleasant stay due to the staff!

Chose this hotel because it gave the impression that it was next door to the bali golf and country club thus we get preferred rates. This however was not the case. After asking the desk staff to call and arrange golf we found the price was more expensive that what we had got on our own. Room was large and very clean, bathroom very large. Found a very nice resturant nearby that also provides transport to and fro. Good value for the price we paid. We would definately stay there again.
