the bathroom was not clean shower sprayed every where except in bath.no fridge only themos which was cold water for tea and coffee.no english tv was only in indo language.i had to tell them to clean and change my bed third day didnt bother so used other bed and asked for more towels, was a lot of bother.only good thing was its localed in poppies lane 1 which right in the centre of kuta.sorry
