The Sinar Bali is a small, quiet establishment tucked away in a quiet corner of the famous Legian Village yet within easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants and a myriad of local boutique shops with unique clothes, surf wear and traditional Balinese arts and crafts. Rooms at Sinar Bali are bright, simply furnished in traditional Balinese style and clean. This is a good choice for budget conscious travelers looking for clean, friendly accommodation.

The hotel had a cheap price and was fairly comfortable. The pool and the restaurant were great - the bathroom was not :( We were disappointed when we asked to extend our stay at the same rate we'd paid online, and they refused.

Staff were friendly. Rooms facilities & hotel amenities were basic. Rooms were clean enough but bathroom can do with a bit of updating! Located near to restuarants & pubs but tucked in a quiet corner. In general, pleasant stay & it's value for money.

Bathrooms very old and worn - hotel could upgrade at least 1/2 star by renovating these. Otherwise great for our purpose - 1 night needed after late flight, before moving to E. Bali. Thanks.

Room was clean, location very quiet, but not difficult to get out to any lively areas, away from the bustle of Kuta. I would come here again definately. Food was not brilliant, but that did not really matter, staff very friendly and helpful. Very good value for money.

It was very difficult to find this hotel as it is hidden at the back lane. The local who was driving me there could not find the hotel at first, not until he called the hotel on the location. The swimming looks great but i did not manage to use it. Staff service is on average. Food was ok, nothing to be shout about. The room was not really clean. I can see there was black spots on the floor, water leaking from the air conditioner, water dripping at the toilet (noisy at night), the toilet door could not be opened. In summary, I would not got to this hotel again even though it was cheap. Cleanliness & location is still the main priority.

Poor shopping and access to areas of interest. Have to take a taxi a few miles to get to decent shops or the beach. Acceptable value for the money. Nothing special, yet nothing majorly lacking for a 1-star.

Sinar Bali is an average hotel. The location is great and the pool and architecture are very classic Bali. However, the rooms are very basic. If you looking for an inexpensive hotel away from the Kuta craziness, then Sinar may be a good choice. It is a short walk to Legian Beach with many restaurants in the area. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wanted a low cost hotel in Bali.
