The resort is beautifully designed, everywhere you look is pleasing to the eye. Like all Balinese resorts I have been to, the service was professional and the staff had big smiles on them all the time. Well, this is the service we ought to get considering the cost of the hotel.
I stayed in a Lagoon Access room which is great, but I am unsure whether it is worth the extra money spent. The hotel does not offer free airport transport like many other hotels do, which is slightly disappointing.
I think I will return to the resort considering its beautiful scenery, excellent location and clear...

Effortless check in where you sit and relax with a cool drink,food and room service are what you would expect from this grade of hotel,the beach front area is clean, and free from the local peddlars,the gardens are exquisite,the only problem I see is that if you want to do some shopping you have to travel into Kuta which is a 20 minute drive, other than that if you want a relaxing holiday,this is the place to come ,al the other 5 star hotels are on the same beach , where at night you can have a stroll along the beach path to any of them , pop in for look, drink ,meal or just see what local show they have going on.A truly romantic place.
