This is our second time here as it suits our needs when coming to Bali. The bungalow style rooms are comfortable, the large verandah and private garden area is good for relaxing and it is very quiet. Very close to beach and road for food and shopping. Most times the pool is all yours if not a little warm. And as is most hotels the staff are very friendly. We like the idea of Breakfast only being supplied and brought to your verandah, although the selection is limited it’s enough to get you started and on your way for the day! For those who just want a quiet retreat ,close to restaurants and shops this would suit your needs.Standard of Room

The room was located in a very nice private garden and balcony. But the room was very dim and the air-conditioning cannot be adjusted. There was a leech and spider crawling on the ceiling on our first night. We told the front-desk about the air-conditioning problem but it wasn't ratified and no one got back to us about it. The hotel is rather stingy with their toiletries. We were given two bars of soap for 3 adults and they weren't replaced with new ones for the 3 nights we were there. But we enjoyed the breakfast and the pool very much. And it's just 5 mins walk to the beach.Standard of Room

The rooms were clean and comfortable with good aircon. Nice and quiet, each bungalow separated by wall and garden. The pool ,although not large was sufficient and most times all yours. Breakfast was good/OK and enough to start the day.
Friendly and helpful Staff
After many hotels this is now our future choice.
ps. Don't tell staff if you see a large gecko and share brekky with the squirrel LOL

The location of the hotel was excellent! Ready access to both the beach & main street. staff were very cheerful & friendly and grounds were lovely. Pool was in need of a clean and only went in once due to this. Rooms were 'old Bali" comfortable but in dire need of a really good scrub & spruce up! The lighting was poor so this covered some of it. Main problem was the insect poo falling from the woven ceiling. It was not from a gecko & covered the beds which made sleeping uncomfortable as the thought of it falling on you was not pleasant. I did ask if the room could me sprayed but their answer was to change the sheets! on the last day I moved rooms because I wanted a late checkout & the other room was the same. A pity as aircons worked well & they were comfortable at the price I paid.Standard of Room

Perfect budget hotel, good location and near to the great Bonsai cafe with greta food on the beach. Small pool but ok.
Beach very near. Perfect service for scooter rental or other arrangement at the reception. Ask for Yan. We had a huge king size bed a good breakfast and a very clean room.

I am definitely going to stay in this Sari Sanur Resort place again the next time I'm in Bali... It's quiet, peaceful and so serene. It's an enclave of just a dozen hotels, very exclusive at a cheap price. Hotel facilities is minimal but adequate. If you want the full tourist pom treatment, then you're better off going to a pricey hotel, like Oberoi which I have also stayed for a few nights. Sanur is so much better than in Kuta which is crowded and noisy.... and Sanur is also much better than Seminyak, which is also quiet & peaceful but it's so isolated and far from amenities. The one thing that Sari Sanur Resort can improve on... is the air-con.
It's not powerful enough, woke up in the morning sweating away as it's not cold nor powerful enough. Otherwise, it's a nice and peaceful place.
Breakfast is served at your verandah, on your call in the morning... how good can that be..!!
