We loved the Saren Indah! Although it does not have all facilities of a 5-star hotel, it is truly a gem. The staff couldn't do enough for us, the room and balcony were quiet and private; the pool clean and appealing; our candlelight dinner on the grass ,dream-like and delicious. Ubud is a charming town, reachable in five minutes' walk through the "Monkey Forest" or in about ten minutes via the free transport provided. We felt that we were truly in Bali when we stayed here. ...

This is a very value for $ hotel although only rate 3 star. V checked in late, our room already prepared with air cond n lights on, with a welcome note with my name on it. U always get more when u request on something, eg: toilette. The staffs so friendly, they even help me to apply the mosquito cream coz my leg bite by the mosquito. I will surely recommend this hotel to any1 who wan to travel to Ubud!!!

I like this hotel as it is so near the Monkey Forest (behind to be exact) and you can actually walk to ubud market (about 20-30 minutes). The hotel do provide hourly free shuttle to any area in ubud. You can see monkeys for free and walk past them every day if you choose to walk rather than taking shuttle. The staffs are extremely helpful and the room is very clean. Love this hotel!

Very nice, clean and well maintained. The restaurant may need improvement, and more computers for internet connection should be provided (for free):).Laundry service is a little too expensive. overall, nice hotel, I'd definitely return:)
