Its always a pleasure to stay at Sanur Paradise, the property has all the amenities that one would expect from a 4 Star, the room is nice and well furnished.... and it was a pleasant surprise to be given a poolside room.... perhaps it was due to the fact that the hotel is upgrading most of its room.
Breakfast is always a treat with lots of variety and the service staff is always with a smile and very attentive. Overall, its definitely value for money if you are looking for a weekend or even a long term stay in Bali for couples and families alike.... cheers

Andreas from Switzerland recently stayed in a Club deluxe for 14 days.
The hotel is a bit older and located outside of Sanur. Not much is in walking distance, but the hotel has a shuttle bus that brings guests to Sanur downtown. The room was very nice, but at the opposite end of the lobby and with that quite far to walk. Service was mostly very good. I can recommend the hotel.

There were a lot of insects and small creatures. The room was apparently clean but my husband and I developed itchy rashes over our necks and arms after staying there for 3 nights. The staff were helpful and friendly and willing to answer your questions. There were quite different kinds of food at breakfast but the quality were so-so.

This hotel is ok but for the price you pay it is a bit expensive for what you get in this poor location. Standard rooms are old and in need of a full renovation.

Drinks in the bar were overpriced. The internet was excessively expensive - in Dunkin Donuts opposite it was free.

Ken from Australia stayed in a Courtyard deluxe for 7 days.
The courtyard deluxe room was a good choice as it has a Bali feel to it and it gave good access to the pool. The pool area was quite with lounge chairs always available. Hotel security was taken very seriously which made it a very pleasant stay

for a budget traveler, this will be the ideal hotel. Decent bedroom amenities, but swimming pool is much smaller than it looks. Nice beaches & shopping district (Kuta) will require a cab ride of at least 20mins....Nonetheless, i was satisfied with the overall experience at the hotel

You have to walk a mile to get to your room in the back of the hotel. Excellent services.

Nelson from Singapore stayed in a Superior for 4 days.
Overall, this is a decent hotel for leisure. The beach is just minutes walk away but it's not fantastic. There's a KFC and Dunkin Donuts just outside the hotel, McDonalds is further down but still within 15mins walking distance. Not much shopping around that area so you would have to head down to Kuta for that.

We found it very irritating that the hotel-staff, at brekafast, evenings and other times tried to sell private tours (that is with no connection to the hotel).

I wish there had been a category between "Good" and "Excellent". This hotel was very good. The hotel's beach property was not close by, but we rented a motorbike and it worked out fine. The hotel was the best part of Bali. We don't do nightclubs, so there was not much else to do than enjoy the beach and eat in some really good restaurants! We liked the location away from the main crowd.
