Fantastic service provided by all staff, rooms cleaned and fresh towels twice a day. On site resaurants provided excellent food and value for money. Location is perfect as it is close to everything and yet once in off the street it feels as if you are in your own private oasis. A big plus is that you get an ocean breeze through the resort as it has its own beach frontage. The only complaint was the thatched rooves on the garden bungalows have no accoustic quality so the noise from the aircraft/airport at night took some getting used to initially. We have been to Bali 11 times, just wish we had stayed at this hotel the first time. Great position for shopping and restaurants. Room was a little small but there was a child accompanying us so the extra bed was required. Room service was great, clean towels and extra bottles of water morning and night. Ground floor rooms in the deluxe wing were right near the beach. Pool a great size and loads of sun loungers and clean towels available. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety of food. Every member of staff from gardener, pool service & cleaners to reception was very polite,helpful and obliging. Would certainly recommend this hotel and definately stay there again

Their Premeire rooms were all booked when we arrived and they upgraded us to one of the bungalows. It was very spacious, comfortable and nicely layed out. We loved it!! The only problem was that because they are roofed with thatch, the mosquitoes were a bit troublesome. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will stay there again!!

The Premier and Deluxe rooms do not have this issue, something to think about if you're paying top dollar for a bungalow and are a light sleeper. The on site massage facility seems overpriced considering the number of spa's and massage facilities availible within walking distance and at less than half the santika's prices. Fantastic resort, would happily recommend. We booked our room on the internet through HotelTravel.com and saved approximately 50% on the hotels rates, hence the upgrade to a Garden bungalow. Definitely going back.

The hand towel which was served at check-in with a welcome drnk was too old
and smelly. It was not a goold start to welcome hotel guests. However, it is still my

The room we were originally given smelled badly of sewerage coming from the bathroom drain - the hotels solution was to pour deodourant down it- we explained that this was unacceptable and were immediately upgraded to a premier room. This room was far superior in location, size, decor & furnishing to our original room and only occasionally smelled of sewerage. We would recomend booking this standard of room as a minimum.
