After my first night at the hotel I reported to the front desk that it was impossible to close & lock the main door (sliding door) to the villa. As result of this mosquitoes were able to enter the room and my room was not secure. I stayed another 2 nights and at no time was there any attempt made to fix this problem. At the time I left I was once reported the problem but do not know if it was actioned.

Had an extremely pleasant stay with my mom at Santi Mandala. The staff (namely, Sukma, Suteja, Suastika and the manager, Srijasa) went out of their way to ensure that everything was perfect. I would defintely go back again.

After we check-in, they arrange us to another hotel named BALI MASARI, it's said they're the same group...But it's very far away from Santi Mandala...Also the room in BALI MASARI is very big, but really confused for us...Will not select this hotel again...

Beautiful setting, room and pool. Staff friendly, but food service poor. Food, drinks and services overpriced compared to other places in the region. Very far from town with only a couple of shuttle services into town for which you have to book. If you need to get into town at any other stage, the shuttle service is extremely expensive.
