I was very impressed with the Risata. Room was lovely, pool was great (as was the pizza oven right by it!) and the staff were all very friendly. Good location, close by to the discovery mall, waterbom and lots of restaurants. Very good value for money and i would definitely recommend it....

Main hotel areas were lovely. However, the deluxe room was very average. Bathroom was very small with bad drainage. Fittings and decor in dire need of upgrade. Very quiet outside hotel. No bars or restaurants. However, not far in taxi to busier areas of South Kuta and Legian.

I had spent 3 nights in a deluxe room. I feel like I was in the middle of the green garden. The hotel is situated at 5 minutes drive from main Kuta city. The food was excellent. Staffs were very friendly and attentive. There is a good security at the main entrance and also inside the compound. I will be there again in November.

Very impressive foyer, clean and beautifully decorated. Booked double room and given 2 twin beds, reception didn't want to change, so my husband had to insist and we were given kingsize bed - beautiful, firm and big, but very smoky room. Improved with oils/candles, but non-smoking rooms would be good. Nice pool, tiles very slippery though, and good wood fire pizza's.
Difficult to walk to nearby restaurant/shopping with young kids, need transport. Beach not good in this area. Pool attendant and waiting staff very good.
