The room I was given was not in the Resor Seminak itself but at the associated Tai-pan Village across the road. Frankly I would not have paid half the price for these rooms - they were just about adequate but in no way comparable to the Resor's rooms, as well as being quite a walk from the restaurant, pool and sea, across a busy main road. If they can't give you rooms in the main hotel , don't go.

Very nice hotel - typical Bali architecture and climate. Right on the beach - but for beach chairs you must pay (50000 IDR/ day). Kudeta is next (if you like it), but there is no sidewalk (trotuar) to get other restaurants. If you go by taxi it's relatively cheap. Summary: ok, but nothing extraordinary.

The shower water pressure fluctuated dramatically and scalded every minute. Staff are sincere, honest and polite. Excellent car rental/limousine service...good value.

It is a beautiful hotel with a good location on the beach and near a lot of restaurants. I have 2 small negative comments: 1) we stayed in the rooms on the other site of the street and they were a little noisy 2) the food and beverages in the restaurant and bar were expensive compared to other places
