All superb, for Kuta standards. Nice and relaxed. Overbooked, so they gave me one of the suites. Couldn’t get any better. Food was amazing by the way. Location is excellent when you'd like to spend (or waste...) your time in Kuta.

Booked this room last minute. Was very happy with the clean, spacious room. Great pool. Afternoon tea treats left in the room every afternoon was a nice touch. Great breakfast that was included in room price. We checked out very early last day and the hotel staff had a boxed breakfast waiting for us to take with us.

Being centrally located made this a good place to base myself for shopping and leisure. If you're into viewing sport there is a sports bar basically right next door to the hotel. Breakfast menu was excellent here

It was our second time staying at the Ramayana, and it definitely wont be the last, it is a hotel that is hard to beat. Being close to everything the hotel location is an added bonus, the stadium bar/restaurant in the hotel is one of the best well rounded restaurant I’ve ever eaten at, along side the hotel's actual restaurant, situated beside the main street, you get a feel of the Balinese life but yet is peaceful and delightful with the most delicious food. The hotel staff added to the relaxing time at the hotel, they were polite, friendly and tentative to each and every customers needs, wishes and wants, taking the time to greet you and wish you a good day. For activity wise the hotels perfect location is close to all the things to do in Kuta, but also if wanting to venture out and go on day trips or do some activities, the activity organiser in the lobby gave us so many options of what was available, making sure it was what we wanted, and transported to the activity and home with no fuss. Overall the hotel to us, was perfect and i don’t think you can get any better. Thank you for our enjoyable time, and you will definitely be seeing us again..

good location as it's on the Kuta Center, friendly staff at reception and able to provide help to me. feel safe and secure as security checks on regular basis. fantastic lounge and restraunt. a little crowded around the hotel, quite noisy after late. TV set, bed sheets a little old.

We had a wonderful stay at the Ramayana. Spaceous rooms, clean and friendly staff. The hotel is situated on walking distance from the Kuta and Legian shopping area and also restaurants are closeby. We wanted to stay close to 'everything', but when you prefer relaxation, quietness etc, then you should stay away from Kuta & Legian. Nevertheless we enjoyed it all the way.

Hotel is nothing special in Bali. By spending a little more money you can get a lot nicer. You can get almost the same for a lot less.

The landscape was simply breath taking with the little paddy field and koi pond. In the night, the lights illuminated a very romantic ambience which is ideal for couples and newly weds. The restaurant had a very relax and cosy decoration coupled with Balinese music in the background. The security guards gave additional comfort of a well secured place. However the breakfast buffet variety was rather limited and the air-cond wasn't cold enough. Nonetheless I would not hesitate to stay in this hotel again for my next visit.

Room condition is abit poor though the ambience and set up were nice. The verandah lamp was not working. Shower handle broke. Responded to the hotel but no action was taken. Basic amenities in the room were not there, such laundry bag, handtowel, etc. Don't use the room shampoo and foam bath! Yeaks!!!!Breakfast was poor. Same spread for the 3 days I stayed. The "egg" chef fumbled with scrambles and sunny side ups.

The service of the hotel was superb. We got a pleasant surprise when a birthday cake for my fiance was placed in the hotel room, which was a very sweet gesture. Save for the slightly leaking bar fridge, I'm truly impressed by the awesome service, food and experience we have had during our stay

The hotel is well kept and within walking distance to Kuta Beach anf Shopping araeas. Overall, I am very happy with my stay with the hotel except the short period of power failure on Friday evening. The electricity restalled in less than 20 minutes. The services and foods that are provided were excellent. I have recommended my frineds to put up at the hotel in January 2008. I will re-visit Bali again with my family and I will definately book the same hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times. It is a nice and good hotel but since it has renovated, the price has gone up two fold! For a 4 stars, I will come again!

I liked the rooms and, despite being in the middle of busy Kuta, they were very quiet. The breakfast buffet was good and the two swimming pools are great.
