With the hotel being a beach resort, I expected to be able to get a room with a balcony facing the beach easily enough, but I didn't. In my earlier booking, there was no provision in the reservation form to request for a seaview room. Apart from this, I was quite happy with the hotel....

Ramada was a lovely hotel with very good service. We found it to be noisy from either lawn mowers, staff on ground below or guests speaking loudly in early hours of morning.The food was great, breakfast had a good choice and pleasant dining area.The kids loved feeding koi fish each morning in water nearby eatery.
The staff were lovely and hospitable, greeting each time they walk past - and have good english communication.

They should improve their buffet breakfast - very limited choices on western breakfast. The food are mainly catered for the locals - 5 star hotel with 3 star breakfast. Staff are very friendly and courteous. The beach is very dirty.
