Jose Solla, Brazil "The hotel is very pleasant and it is real value for money. Nevertheless, it needs renovation (as well as new bed sheets, towels, etc). Only one small restaurant; staff is friendly and efficient but, upon arrival, bell boy broke one of our lugagge and failed to tell it (only when asked what happened). This hotel is NOT in Nusa Dua, But in Benoa. Btw, beach area is poor and dirty (found a dead rat in the sand; jet ski and boats spill pil in the water)."
