The whole hotel is rather "tired" and lacks maintenance. This was compensated for by the friendly staff, high level of cleanliness, briliant location and character of the hotel. I would recomend this hotel to my friends.

Inna Putri is located within walking distance to Bali Collection and to Nusa Dua village. It had the most perfect swimming beach with calm and clean water. The hotel was built in 2/12/1984 and probably was not renovated since. Bathrooms and toilets are old and need replacement. The door to the bathroom could not be shut as well. The place had a damp smell. Breakfast food choice was very limited and of an average quality. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.Hotel Facilities

I don't think this is a 4 stars as advertised. I would give it a 3 stars. Condition of the room is very run down. I did complaint and was given 3 different rooms to choose from they all are very run down and the ceiling is moldy. I went there for business from 8am to 7pm. I needed a bed and a shower, so US$38/night in Nusa Dua was a bairgain.

I did not use the drinking water in the room, but it is very strange that I had to pay a bottle of water when checking out. Although the amount of money was small, but it reflected the management problem of the hotel. What is more, the hotel service fee of the tax to airport is too high, 110 thousand RPs, more than twice of the actual tax cost.
