the AC is too old with big niose, we firstly get AC problem on initial check in, the staff can not fix it immediately, then we change a new coggtage, the AC is still get big niose.there are also some gecko exiating in bath room, a little bit scare

direct access to the nice beach, very clean pool, expensive foof at hotel, i recommend to go 5 minuts walk to local shopping center with normal price of food and beverages

This place was build in the 70s and it also looks so. The locals call it the "old" one. The air-con in my first room was totally molded. Considering a 4-star hotel and the price, this place is not worth it..

Hotel location is fine. Swimming both in the pool and the sea was excellent.Staff very kind and helpful. TV was very poor, and I missed the most comman international channels like CCN, BBC and CNBC.

I did not use the drinking water in the room, but it is very strange that I had to pay a bottle of water when checking out. Although the amount of money was small, but it reflected the management problem of the hotel. What is more, the hotel service fee of the tax to airport is too high, 110 thousand RPs, more than twice of the actual tax cost. I finally called a tax outside the hotel with only 55 thousand RPs.

It is an aging Hotel in Nusa Dua, in need of a face lift. Especially bathroom. But considering safe and pleasant atmosphere, and that I paid around $35US per night, it is excellent value for money.

The hotel has fantastic facilities but there is no maintenance. The cleanliness of the rooms and mainly the bathrooms are awful. It should be rated maximum two stars. The employees only say "hello, how are you"? but no reaction when you ask for something.
