We had a wonderful stay, I really recommend this hotel! We had a villa, it was very nice: clean, big, quiet. The pool area is great too, and the hotel, in a general way, is beautiful, especially the gardens/vegetation.The only thing the hotel could maybe work on, is the restaurant, we were a bit disappointed with the food, but there are so many other places to eat around, so it doesn't really matter. ...

We stayed at this hotel 22 years ago, and our decision to stay here this time was based on nostalgia.It is an old hotel, but is well looked after and the staff as always are delightful and most helpful.The restaurant food leaves a bit to be desired - but this hotel is central to the many other restaurants in Sanur. We stayed at four different hotels in Bali on this trip, and while Peneeda View is not up with some in terms of star rating, it was probably the one we enjoyed the most.

Good value for money hotel - close to beach and shopping area. Rooms a bit run down but still OK for money. Grounds small (compared to the Hyatt next door) but well kept, with good swimming pool areas. Nice restaurant area overlooking beach. Staff all very frienly and helpful. All in all a good hotel and a good base for exploring the rest of beautiful Bali!

Excellent locatoin - right on the beach-front (next to Bali Hyattl). Beach is OK to walk, swim, sea sports but not good for snorkeling (a lot of sea grass). Like hotel for its size (not too big - ~50 rooms) with excellent outside amenities (restaurants, shop, small mall, 24-h convenience store, etc) within short walking distance (less than 5 mins) from hotel. Hotel faciility and service is OK except that they don't provide shampoo, and unless you ask, they don't give you new soap. There are some mosquitoes in the room but not too much a bother. We really like the family room (for our family of 4), and the peace, calm, space and location are things that make us feel very comfortable staying in Penneda (relative to the price we paid).

The Peneeda is ideal for the family holiday/leisure traveller with a range of facilities to satisfy most. Everything one may require is available within a short walk and you are still only 20-30 minutes by taxi to the heart of Denpasar or Kuta. The hotel is an excellent base to visit some of the many attractions that Bali has to offer.

Generally the staff was friendly & helpful, room kept clean daily. my basic feedback is that the basic toiletries like body soap was not replenished daily , floor towel not changed daily and there was no shampoo at all. Otherwise it was a nice, queit family hotel and we enjoyed the beach front.
