What a fabulous hotel! The pool was beautiful, the restaurant was lovely, the staff were so kind and friendly, and the beach was literally a step out of the hotel.
The front desk staff are honest and trustworthy, and they can and will arrange anything you need.Breakfast buffet was great, a mix of western and Indonesian foods, and the swim up bar in the pool was fantastic.Far enough away from Kuta to avoid noisy young kids being drunk and rowdy, but close enough to walk along the beach to Kuta in about 30 mins. Cheap to get to and from Kuta by meter taxi, but the hotel also has a free shuttle ...

On the beach but away from the noise and bustle of Kuta. Wonderful friendly staff, housekeeping spotless, food first class. Recent renovations very effective and great value for money - 'we'll be back!'

The wifi is very weak. The staff is friendly and helpful. Pelangi should take more efforts on cleaning the beachfront.

Stayed this hotel two times and for sure going back, best is the pool and restaurant direct on the beach which is less busy then Kuta beach. Good for long walks with nice sunsets.

The Pelangi is a lovely hotel - close to the beach and other hotels, as well as within walking distance to Seminyak. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help. My suggestion would be to have more umbrellas for lying by the pool - which is what I often did on my holiday!
