verry nice hotel,the gym was lacking. it was a 45 min walk from the shoping area along the beach but there was a free shutel bus that took about 15 min by road. i would go back to this place...

Pool area great for kids/families altho not many sun loungers available due to school hols & most of beds taken before 8am due to towels being placed there!!. We complained about lack of beds & within 2 days more loungers were made available around the pool area. Pool staff great, pool bar staff very unfriendly.Gardens well maintained. Bar fridge not cool at all but was replaced immediately by maintenance staff when we questioned it. Walking path great for a stroll into Discovery mall. Second visit again it was enjoyable.

It was very close to the airport, which was a bonus. It was a nice walk to Kuta along the walking track. The grounds and rooms were impeccable. I was a bit dissapointed that our king size bed was 2 beds just pushed together. The join in the centre was a bit uncomfortable. when requesting transport to Kuta, I didn't like the way the staff at the concierge pushed a 'driver' as opposed to a metered taxi. They were charging 50,000 rupee to travel to Kuta whereas a metered taxi was only 20,000 rupee. Overall it was still a wonderful trip and definitely would travel back.

Hotel is little far from main kuta center. Its huge and good. Packed breakfast box is hopeless as they literally don't put anything in that. I would rate it as 4* category hotel.
