The entire complex is superb.Staff were courtious and helpful.The rooms are beautifully appointed and the private pool and outdoor shower made for a very private holiday.We will definately be back next year. Top marks...

The hotel is excellent however I would book direct next time as hotel travel.com messed up my booking and booked me in to the cheaper, inferior sister hotel which is nowhere near as good. The private pool is an excellent size and the whole resort of only 18 rooms means lovely peace and quiet. No kids, no noise - perfect for a couple.

Room with private courtyard and pool was great. Unfortunately the breakfast was poor qulity and coofee was not worth drinking (but I've found that to be generally the case everywhere in Bali). Staff were very freindly and pleasant but the front desk was not very good with local or tour information.

I have visited Bali annually for the past decade and stayed at various boutique villas in recent years. Located along a quiet village lane near Sanur Beach, Parigata appeals to older/independent travellers in search of peace/romance amidst an upscale milieu at an affordable price. It is not often that one gets a nice villa with private garden and ample plunge pool for under USD 100.00/night (internet booking).Due to its small scale (18 villas), Parigata offers limited inhouse entertainment facilities - only one F/B outlet (al fresco Widuri) and a splendid, free-form common pool surrounded by pink-and-white bougainvilla clusters. However, tours and transportation can be arranged at the front desk and assorted shopping/entertainment venues are readily accessible (Jl. Danau Tamblingan, Sanur Beach) at non-hotel rates. I did not bother inquiring about a business center because this defeats the purpose of a break from familiar surroundings.
