"I have visited Bali annually for the past decade and stayed at various boutique villas in recent years. Located along a quiet village lane near Sanur Beach, Parigata appeals to older/independent travellers in search of peace/romance amidst an upscale milieu at an affordable price. It is not often that one gets a nice villa with private garden and ample plunge pool for under USD 100.00/night (internet booking).Due to its small scale (18 villas), Parigata offers limited inhouse entertainment facilities - only one F/B outlet (al fresco Widuri) and a splendid, free-form common pool surrounded by pink-and-white bougainvilla clusters. However, tours and transportation can be arranged at the front desk and assorted shopping/entertainment venues are readily accessible (Jl. Danau Tamblingan, Sanur Beach) at non-hotel rates. I did not bother inquiring about a business center because this defeats the purpose of a break from familiar surroundings. "
