Oasis Beach Resort & Spa

"The best hotel that I have ever stayed, particularly with its excellent service. The room condition is good and comes with a nice view of swimming pool and sea. However, I wish that the aircond (spilt unit) in the room is better (even the lowest temperature setting was not cold enough), and complimentary shuttle to Kuta to be extended later than 4pm. Nevertheless, I'll stay again at the hotel and it is highly recommended to others. Definitely, it was worth the money. "

"The first impression when we look at the Oasis was :"Oh my God, this hotel is having a huge renovation, how are we going to enjoy it?" but we know that we were wrong when we walk up to the concierge. The problem with Oasis is the hotel was covered with plastic from the top to sides in order to protect the wooden floor from getting wet while raining, shouldn't the designer thought of this problem before they build the Oasis? Well, it might be none of our business but it gave tourist a bad first impression whenever they pass by the hotel. Human being always judge things with it's cover and we can't change it. The only little problem that upset us was we were surprised that the Receptionist gave us (obviously couple) a 2 single bed rooms (Room 1214) whereby we had already stated in our booking for the king size bed, come on, we came far away from home to Bali is to enjoy the precious moments for both of us and she gave a 2 single bed eventhough she changed the room for us immediately but it spoiled a little bit of our mood though. Overall, Oasis Benoa is a wonderful hotel, I love the room (staying in 1402), clean room, clean floor and lovely service given to us, i love the hotel and Oasis makes me wanted to stay longer if I have the chance to go again. The staff were lovely and polite to us. Well Done!"
