Petrus from Netherlands recently stayed in a Beach cabana for 3 days.

The hotel itself appears nice at first glance, however rooms lack proper maintenance and cleanliness below standard. The location with beach front is nice, however the access over road to and from the hotel is via an almost always congested road. Staff are friendly, food is of good quality. Would not rate this as value for money.

The best part of this venue has to be the staff.I chose this hotel based on my previous experiences of Novotel chains throughout Australia.This hotel was a major disappontment.The layout of the hotel is like that of a rabbit's warren and the room surrounded by a fairly high wall was dark and claustrophobic to the effect that I did not wish to spend any time in it. When I enquired about Bali and excursions I was given dated pamphlets - this is not the staff's fault.The staff as I stated previously is the hotel's best assett.Iwould not stay at this venue again.Do you get value for money? You get I suppose what you pay for and I would have paid more to gain a better holiday environment.I discovered during my stay newr hotels along the Kuta beach stretch and if these ever have packages I would most certainly consider them as they had immediate access to a better beach location than the Novotel.
