Me and my friend stayed at the hotel for five nights and we really liked it! The rooms were nice and cleaned. Pool area and restaurant was cosy and pleasant and the personal where friendly.The only bad thing was the location, a little bit far out, but since taxi is very cheap at Bali it didn’t bather. Really worth the money!

We had problem with the booking. I've made a booking specifying on having a king size bed but it turn out to be twin bed on the system. It wasn't easy for me and my wife who have to end up sleeping on different beds. Even worse, there's no other available room to change into.

I think Indonesia is all about tipping, with tips, the staff will be nice to you.. everything u ask for, somehow needs to tip them.. generally the rooms are ok.. however they actually wanted us to pay extra for king-sized bed, somehow after insisting we have confirmed a king-sized bed and will not pay extra, they somehow say ok.. The location of hotel is actually quite convenient, however dark at night, definitely need taxi back to hotel. Luckily this hotel, like most hotels provides one way transfer to nearby area within seminyak/kuta. Just want to share, we are supposed to have complimentary 2 ways transfer from apt/hotl/apt if we stayed 2 nights and more but we didn know and have to pay for the taxi.. luckiy we found out and got a ride to the airport.. so please nake good use of the complimentary services.. but remember to tip the driver.. Ya.. one more think.. forget about the massage/spa in the hotel.. waste time & $
