Very luxurious resort !In a quiet environment, with beautiful rice fields close by . Shuttle service to Ubud and Kuta, good for shopping. Prices for food and especially wine very high !No beach, and crowded noisy pools ( lots of waterfalls and 2 slides ).Astonishing view on Tanah Lot temple. One of the most luxurious resorts in Bali with excellent friendly service and good food !executive suite, with 2 separate toilets, good bathroom, living room ,walk in closet etc. very luxurious. fresh flowers ,fruit, newspaper....

The hotel is very good, mainly the swimming pool and gardens areas, but the rooms despite of a good size, are smelling mould. The staff did the best to solve the problem and showed another 4 rooms which were worst than the one we had. We asked for a proper cleanning, mainly the mould stains in the shower tiles. The manager argued that the hotel is already 10 years old , but in fact it is a question of good cleanning. We were also surprised that hotel has no beach. It is recommended for people that wants to stay just in a good swimming pool area and far from everything.

Good resort that is secluded from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist areas. The view of Pura Tanah Lot was magnificent. With the cafe and restaurant all fronting the sea. Isolated, but taxis and shuttles to Ubud and Kuta are available. Exceptional pool. Multiple pools that were all connected and pretty gezebos overlooking the ocean (getting one that is unoccupied might be a challenge) The room was of average size. Good upkeep but furnishing felt a little worn from use but nothing that was unexpected. The local staffs were friendly. However, noticed that caucasian guest seemed to be given preferential treatment. (eg. chef at restaurant stopped to chat at every table with caucasian guest but not the ones with asian, perhaps because he was caucasian himself). Overall, had a good time there, but would perhaps choose a resort closer to either Ubud or Kuta the next time (approximately 45min car ride to both). Excellent for those wanting some seclusion. Would be a dream resort

Excellent view from the hotel, over looking Tanah Lot Temple on the west. The hotel nests on high ground, the morning sea breeze was particularly fresh. Complimentary shuttle service to Kuta and even Ubud! Food at the Nirwana Restaurant was excellent. Towels and mineral water were replenished in the afternoon. I recommend it highly.

The golf course is one of the most spectactular I ever played. The food variety in the restaurants is limited but the quality of what is available is excellent. The drink prices are a bit on the high side.

Le Meridien Nirwana Bali is a gorgeous hotel set in very serene luscious surroundings. There is sprawling greenery all around the resort and each person can find his own space there, be it on one of the lone day beds along the side of the resort facing the ocean , or in some part of the poolside to relax. The scenery is spectacular, especially the sunset over the Tanah Lot Sea temple, enjoyed either on one of the day beds with some nice wine or from the bar or from the signature hole of the golf course.
