Excellent location, generally good hotel. Were swapped from one room to another 4 times over a 10 day stay due to disorganisation, this was annoying but we were eventually upgraded to lovely room.Hotel Facilities

This is a fantastic hotel in a great spot. It is extremely quiet and the service is fantastic. The only negative point is it is extremely expensive to eat and drink there, otherwise I could not fault it.Hotel Facilities

Lauren from Australia stayed in a Deluxe garden for 6 days.
Great Resort, will be fantastic when they have finished the renovations at the back section. We were in a room right next to the construction zone and was very noisy from about lunch time until after dinner - they usually worked until about 8-9pm with power tools!! Resturant is fantastic for something different whilst in Bali and staff were very friendly.Hotel Facilities

Harjit from Malaysia stayed in a Superior sea view for 2 days.
As I have booked for Kuta Seaview, there was hardly any view of the Kuta Beach from the balcony at all.Rooms were not equiped with double bed and you have to climb 2 floors up to get to your room.Breakfast was just so basic untill you get traumatized looking at the same breakfast again and again.I will definitely wont be back here again for my next holiday in Bali.Hotel Facilities

Allan from Canada stayed in a Superior sea view for 10 days.
My family (6 of us) stayed for 10 days at the Kuta Seaview. We really enjoyed our stay. We upgraded our room to the Deluxe rooms because the Superior room class did not have connecting rooms. The rooms were great, however there were mosquitos due to the tropical climate. The pool are was excellent. Breakfast was really good. They tried to rotate optional dishes every four days. Location was fabulous as it was right accross the street and between two shopping streets. Wireless internet is free at the Mini Mart next door with the purchase of a food item (15,000 rupiah) which allows you 3 hours of internet time. The people are great. Four of our luggage were lost and the staff helped us with messages from the airline. The kids loved Kuta and the hotel and i we would come back again. The rooms are decent and the price we got from Hoteltravel.com were good.

Peter from United States stayed in a Superior for 4 days.
Prices for drinks and food in the hotel are relatively high - mainly dined and drank elsewhere - not really a problem unless you want to sit at the pool and have drinks. Room was basic but clean and functional - bed was hard for some - noisy air con helped cover outside sounds but could be negative for some. The grounds, the organisation and staff were good, as was the pool, which was fortunate as the sea was full of plastic and other rubbish. Located in the heart of Kuta but the one way road meant walking when you need to go south as the traffic is all heading north. Recommended at the Internet price.Hotel Facilities

STEVEN from Norway stayed in a Superior for 11 days.
Kuta Seaview Cottages has undergone a significant refit and upgrade around the pool, bar restaurant, street front, and garden areas since our last stay. Which has created a whole new pleasant, appealing classy relaxed atmosphere while still retaining that great Bali charm. It encompasses dining ( Breakfast, Lunch or dinner ) alfresco areas, or off street, the pool is large and always very clean, the food is very clean, well presented and served promptly by clean polite and freindly well dressed staff, dressed mostly in appealing traditional costume. All in all my wife and family rate this as a place that represents exellent value in the mid price range that we could return to again.Hotel Facilities

Josephine from United States stayed in a Superior sea view for 4 days.
Kuta is a small average open-aired reception hotel among many just across the busy stressful waterfront street you must cross to get to the beach. I thought I was getting a seaview room as that is what I paid for and although I was on the 3rd floor (no elevators by the way), the water was too far away with palm trees and roof tops mostly in view. Not even the cottages have decent sea veiws so don't be mislead by the name of the hotel. The AC in my room took about 1-2 hours to cool me off once I returned to the room and I asked for it to be looked at and it was but it did not work efficiently until the wee hours of each night when it was on for at least 3 hours. The staff was very friendly and I enjoyed the small cool pool that was never crowded or had tons of kids. The breakfast was mediocre as it was the same for the 4 days I was there: hotdogs and left over chickenwings. But there is a 24hour McDonalds and a Hard Rock Cafe next door so that helped. With the humidity and heat during my stay, there was little escape from the heat as most bars and restuarants were open-aired also and some of the pricy shops or more elaborate hotels had AC areas. Don't go down poppies land 1 and 2 for shopping unless you don't mind constantly dodging the motorbikes and taxis in such narrow streets or haggeling for cheap prices which got too stressful for me. 80 rupies for a necklance I got for 10 on the beach is a big difference. I probably wouldn't want to stay at Kuta again as I preHotel Facilities

Overall the hotel was a wonderful place to stay and I enjoyed it very much. The only improvement is for them to replace the two girls who do the massage/manicures. This is minor. I would recommend this hotel to most travellers.Hotel Facilities

E.K. from Malaysia stayed in a Superior for 5 days.
1. Breakfast spread is minimal but acceptable. However when open at 7am, most items are still not available and it is not fair for us who has early programs. 2. Though the hotel is old, continuous maintenance work is noted. 3. Excellent location and no road noise from our room (#312) at the back. 4. The room or hotel should have multi-pin configuration socket for travelers.Hotel Facilities
