On day 1 we were given a twin single room when we expect a deluxe double room (for a married couple). Upon protest, we were given a deluxe double room next day but with noisy air-con and shower recess not draining properly (permanently wet). Also use of internet facility very expensive (charging by the minute). Else great location, good buffet breakfast and great pool.

Paradiso is a lovely hotel, the only disappointment was that compared to other hotels in the area drinks are quite expensive. I was looking forward to drinking by the pool during my stay (and the pool area is beautiful) however is was too costly to do so.

We stayed at Deluxe Pool View, 3 rooms 3 nights, 3 rooms in different directions and floors though we have children they still can't get us a connecting room. We find this hotel is not worth the price we pay. When we check in or check out at the front desk, mosquitoes start attacking your legs. Hotel is dark and old. When they say pool view, yes, it is facing pool, but you couldn't really see the pool, especially their pool is not really a big and grand pool, so it is nothing worth seeing or facing... Smell in rooms, water tap, telephone line and air-con out of order though they repair when you request.As a conclusion, we don't think it worth the price we pay, it is only 3 stars, even though they put 5 stars on their front desk wall, we will not stay at this hotel if we have next trip to Bali.

The room allocated on the first night was of extremely poor standard. It was very noisy and had a very small bed. It was only after a lot of request to the front desk that I was allotted a better room with the right size bed. When the bkg is for a couple and request for a King Size bed, it shd be taken into consideration. The hotel otherwise met all my expectations and we had a good stay.

The Rooms were standard, nothing special... Garden view was not much of a garden view..to book pool view is worth it!The pool is beautiful and location was excellant overall hotel is nice and worth the money but not 5* as classed.

Before booking at Paradiso hotel, I carefully reviewed opinion from previous customer, most of them scored this hotel very low, so I decided to book two nights at this hotel and one night at Bali Dynasty resort to compare . The first night I had to sleep in KLIA airport hotel because I missed connecting fly to Bali, next day I arrived at 1.30 pm but I was tod that my room is NOT READY so I waited for 70 minutes untill I asked the receptionnist that Who occupied my room? becaused it must be reserved for me from yesterday,so he gave me a room promptly at room 227 ( Delux )When I entered the room, I could not beleive that is Delux room in a Five Star hotel. there are only 2 torn out, browned bath towels, 1 small bottle of shampoo, one body wash, that's all. no hand or face towels, nothing else. this must be a 2 Star Hotel. the lobby is very hot and dark because they want to save electricity. it's a terrible experience.

The pillowas in bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Behind the sofa we found an empty can the last day. It was not ours. The cleaning was superficial. Next time we travel to Bali Kuta we will probably find another hotel.

Excellent free breakfast and pool. Room had a strange odour perhaps of mildew. Also disturbed by disco music outside of the hotel that went on all night.

I have stayed at a great many hotels in my years and even wholesale hotels in Europe have a better quality breakfast and cleanliness about them. I found it a terrible breakfast and for two days my father and I got a very serious tummy issue due to the beef at breakfast. I have travelled most of Indonesia and found this my 20th trip to Kuta a sad reflection on past memories. I would never stay at the Kuta Paradiso ever again. Although the Hotel was a sad disappointment, Bali never seems to disappoint. Neither does the beauty and friendliness of the Balinese people.

The Hotel did not meet our standards. What is commented on the Net is not true about this hotel. There is no direct access to the beach, We were given a room right under the restarurant and it was extremely noisy all day and night. The facilites are poor in the hotel and it was over-priced. In my opinion, it was not worth it. There was also a very bad smell in the bathroom. If I go to Bali again, I will not stay at Kuta Paradiso. It did not meet our standards.

The ambience of the hotel makes your holiday relaxing and therapeutic! The hotel staffs are helpful and service oriented. We will certainly stay at Kuta Paradiso again! We have recommended our friends to stay too.
