Rated #186 for all Bali hotels
Best value possible. Went over to Intercontinental for dinner and food was 3x the cost and the hotel was so huge you needed a motor scooter to get around. Keraton was classy, well maintained, great staff, beautiful grounds for a smaller hotel.

Lovely hotel, but waiter service a bit inexperienced and often led to orders forgotten or not understood. Breakfast area lacking in fans , cooked breakfast facilities poor.Beach was not as clean as we had expected with lots of floating 'bits' in it.

Not much activity in the hotel. Good restaurants nearby the hotel on the beach at half price. 1kg shrimp for 130k IR is excellent. The beach is nice and the sunset amazing.

The hotel should be qualified as 3-stars, not 4 stars as the hotel proudly announces. The facility is old; the bathroom is small and awfully old fashioned. Not only the hotel but the restaurant is also very expensive. The only advantage is the location. It's very difficult to have a beautiful, swimable beach in Bali. We were very lucky to see the big local funeral at the beach.

The garden, the bonsai collection & the meditative atmosphere - are the best to remember of our stay. The beach is very good & the sea is excellent for swimming in the Jimbaran bay. The stuff was most friendly.

Unfortunately not a satisfactory experience. The setting for the hotel is attractive, nice grounds w/ well maintained gardens. However, we had ants in our room for the entire time we stayed at the Keraton. The sheets weren't clean when our bed was made up. Although a non-smoking room was requested we were put in a smoking rm and told they only had these. The staff in reception were at times friendly and others times snapped answers back and looked hurried and unprofessional. Although the setting is directly on the beach, dozens of sun lounger chairs are crammed together making a morning sitting there far from relaxing! I'd try another hotel in beautiful Jimbaran Bay if I return.

Friendly and attentive staff helping to make your stay very relaxed. Loved the perfectly maintained gardens and my girlfriend enjoyed the SPA treatments. Only downside was the trim room! So make sure you request a double bed if required. But overall we loved it and would definitely return.

Not big but very nice looking territory with exotic plants.
Rather dirty ocean. As a rule beach territory is cleaned.
Exellent terrace for brekfas where you can find tasty and square meal.
Friendly staff. Free shuttle bus to Kuta. Reasonable price restaurants are nearby.

Mainly Dutch and German tourists. Good for swimming. Inefficient service - booked for a buffer but were not told it had been cancelled. Good access to seafood on the beach.

Room looks dated but still comfy and spacious, fantastic view of the beach, which was way cleaner and nicer than kuta beach strip, the sunset on a clear day make the whole stay worth the while, short walk along the beach brings you to a stretch of seafood restaurants that is good but not Wow, else, have to take a cab to everywhere else in Bali. Overall great value for money :)

Unfortunately the picture and description shown of the Deluxe Room as seen on the website does NOT match that of the room we were given.
We left the hotel at the first opportunity(after 1 night), very disappointed and booked into another hotel within the Jimbaran area - it was only this that saved our weekend break in Bali.

We stayed at the hotel for 1 week in Nov 2006 and can only reccommend it to you all.The staff were lovely, the room very comfortable and spacious.Food was both great and reasonable in price. The grounds are a delight and the beach right at your hotel with no hassle from traders and of course the seafood restaurants right next door.Stay there to enjoy a very relaxing stay in perfect surroundings and with great sunsets.
