The hotel was good value for money. Everyone was welcoming and helpful. One problem though was the pool was closed for renovations. At no stage were we told about this and were unaware till we arrived at the hotel. This posed quite a problem when you have 3 very active boys to keep occupied. We would have booked alternate accomodation if we had known this. Otherwise terrific.

Initial impression was good. Staffs were helpful and friendly. However as we descend to our rooms, I was dismayed to discover that the corridors were not air conditioned and was stuffy and warm. Water heater was faulty and there was a dead cockroach at the basin. How could housekeeping have missed that? The last straw came when we were informed that the swimming pool was out of service. My partner and I were sorely disappointed, to say the least. The main reason we selected this hotel was the design, the awesome swimming pool (as on its website) and bathtub. Sadly, these were not delivered. No bathtub, no pool, aging furnishings. Will never recommend this hotel to my friends.

Nice hotel with reasonable price and comfortable bed, Free airport pick up and b'fast as well ... A good place for short stay over near the Bali airport area!!
