Rated #200 for all Bali hotels
Nice Hotel with great location in Kuta. Easy access to food, shopping and beach. Hotel staff are super friendly and even took initiative to upgrade our room to Deluxe Room without any additional charges incurred. Feel safe and secure as security checks on regular basis. We really has a great stay here and we will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and relatives....

This is my first time in Bali and Inna Kuta was an excellent choice to stay in.The rooms were comfortable though the bed was a tad soft for myself (being too used to firmer beds). The location was at the beachfront and the pool was beautiful. But due to our short stay, we had no chance to enjoy the nice swimming pool. And of course, outside the hotel, within walking distance, there are shops, restaurants and also the mall. Pity though, the shops start to close by 9 plus and most shops are closed by 10. But location is undeniably good.Breakfast was a reasonable spread, with local dishes alongside with western fare. Only grouse I had was, before I booked the hotel, reviews made it such that the staff was friendly and warm. Well, to a certain extent, but when I asked for recommendations to any good restaurants or sights, they directed me to the tourist counter next to the lobby. Which, wasnt what I wanted. I wanted to hear the real local recommendations, where to eat cheap and good food or what places worth seeing considering that I was only there for 3 days. In the end, I talked to the tour counter staff. Prices were obviously 'touristy'. But I have travelled many times and I always enjoy it when counterstaff tell me the real deals rather than direct me to some tour counter. Overall, discounting the lack of enthusiasm from the staff about local sights and food, the hotel was an excellent stay. Centrally located and just at the beach front. Neverthless, if I ever make a trip back again, this will still be my choice of hotel.

I would consider it is a pleasant stay due to excellent location (facing sea, near to shopping complexes), but it can be improved that the furniture quite old and food variety is so limted.

Have stayed there previously and was disappointed the Hotel this time around. They are definately catering for the Indonesians. Breakfast was mostly Indonesian food, no such thing as breakfast cereal and if you didn't like eggs everyday for 3 weeks there was nothing else. The room I requested was to be lower ground floor, instead we got 3rd floor room the furthest away from any facility. I complained and eventually we were moved. The room next door was occupied by 10 people, 2 adults and 8 children (it was a twin room) - the noise unbeleivable 24 hours non stop. No respect for anyone else.So as you guessed we will no longer stay in this hotel again.
