Vicki from Australia stayed in a Deluxe for 12 days.
We had a great stay at the Inna Kuta, it was a shame that they have started pulling down the beautiful palms. Also it was sad to see the Balineese so sad that they had no more jobs to go to. I would love to stay at Inna Kuta when it is built 2012. We love our room it was situated near the pool. Everyday would go to the beach and relax having a beer at EDDY's with Rita.
Please be patient…

We recewntly stayed at the inna kuta. This hotel is in a fantastic location and is clean and well kept. My concern is with the food and beverage outlets in the hotel. My husband and I decided on a cocktail shortly after check in. At the pool bar basic watered down bali moon cocktails were approximately 100 000rp after taxes. This equated close to au$12. Totally overpriced. A beer at the hotel was 55 000rp while two metres away at the hotel gate at the beach they were charging only 15 000rp with a great outlook friendly conversation and a beer crate to sit on. This hotel should drop their prices and maybe the guests would stay in the hotel rather than congrigating around the gates. I only saw one other couple partake in service from the hotel while we were there and they were honeymooners. All guests got up from their pool lounges and took a short walk to get refreshments from the beach then returned to the lounges to further relax.
In saying this breakfast that was included was great. Hotel needs to look at the competitive prices around them and adjust accordingly.Hotel Facilities

I personally do not think the room grade 4 star, because very simple facilty and the room smelly by smoke.(guess the guest before smoke).
waited half and hour to get the room at 2.30pm.
however, the location is good, staff are friendly.

We enjoyed our stay at Inna Kuta. The location was fantastic and I recommend it to anyone who wants a relaxing atmosphere. My only complaints is in regard to some of the food dishes were undercooked and the prices were a little more than expected. The Doctor on call was not available for about 3 hours and the visit was then extended to the following day. This was very disappointing especially since the hotel says there is a doctor on call. Besides that I would defiantly stay at the hotel again.Hotel Facilities

James from United States stayed in a Cottage for 4 days.
enjoyed the cottage practically on the beach. the upgrade to the cottage was worth the money. can walk right out your door onto the beach in less the 30 seconds. you can watch the sunset from your patio doorway. the staff cleaned our baby's mess immediately upon call to the front desk. everyone was friendly and most understood english or at least understood what it was you were trying to say. the pool was great and the swimup bar was refreshing. the airconditioner stayed on even though you removed your room key from the power slot, which was great when we returned from a long day of hot humid touring. everything was within walking distance from this hotel, food shops, bars, etc.. i recommend this place to my friends and family. the breakfast was alright, not what an american is usually used to but, it at least had some things like eggs and toast and bacon. remember you are in a foreign country with different ideals about what meals are like.Hotel Facilities

We really enjoyed our stay at the Inna Kuta Hotel in Bali. The location is excellent and we enjoyed the beach life immensely. LOVED!! the shower not being in the bath which is the 'norm' for Bali.
Only fault we could find was that the pool was too hot and some of the tiles were coming off the pool floor, anyone could have cut themselves on a sharp tile which was protruding up.Hotel Facilities

I hope interest in air-conditioned rooms with a very bad and, unfortunately, been informed of the hotel without interest to them, as a bad smell when you climb to the rooms adjacent to the Internet and exchange resulting from the tools used by Hindu workers and their housing,
I was hoping there is Internet rooms instead of having to go down to the lobbyHotel Facilities

Renee from Australia stayed in a Deluxe for 5 days.
My only gripe is that when we arrived at 12:30am, we were put into a room with two king singles. We requested two double beds as there were two adults and one child staying. We had to call down to reception for another bed. Also pictures of the hotel show a bath, there was no bath in our room. Makes it difficult with a two year old.

This hotel is located right in the heart of the Kuta Square area. Very convinient for shopping. Beautiful garden areas surrounding the hotel. The room was not great at all turned up on the first night of our honeymoon and they had given us 2 x single beds not what we arranged and the bathrooms were disgusting to say the least... the pool closed at 7pm which was pretty lame but nice surroundings..Hotel Facilities

This was my 5th visit to Bali but my first stay at the Inna Kuta. Hotel location is great as it has direct beach access and is a stones throw from Kuta Square. We stayed in a cottage room which looked out onto the beach which was great for watching the sunsets every evening. The room was pretty good however it probably could do with a new shower head as more water leaked out of the side then it did through the holes! Pool is fantastic and there is a pretty good choice for breakfast. Would I stay here again? Yes!Hotel Facilities

The best thing I like about the hotel is the location. You don't have to cross the road to reach the beach. The beach is just at the side of the hotel. The room, however, looks old, and no bath tub. For the price, I think the hotel should provide a bath tub.Hotel Facilities

JOO from Singapore stayed in a Deluxe for 2 days.
This is my first time in Bali and Inna Kuta was an excellent choice to stay in.The rooms were comfortable though the bed was a tad soft for myself (being too used to firmer beds). The location was at the beachfront and the pool was beautiful. But due to our short stay, we had no chance to enjoy the nice swimming pool. And of course, outside the hotel, within walking distance, there are shops, restaurants and also the mall. Pity though, the shops start to close by 9 plus and most shops are closed by 10. But location is undeniably good.Breakfast was a reasonable spread, with local dishes alongside with western fare. Only grouse I had was, before I booked the hotel, reviews made it such that the staff was friendly and warm. Well, to a certain extent, but when I asked for recommendations to any good restaurants or sights, they directed me to the tourist counter next to the lobby. Which, wasnt what I wanted. I wanted to hear the real local recommendations, where to eat cheap and good food or what places worth seeing considering that I was only there for 3 days. In the end, I talked to the tour counter staff. Prices were obviously 'touristy'. But I have travelled many times and I always enjoy it when counterstaff tell me the real deals rather than direct me to some tour counter. Overall, discounting the lack of enthusiasm from the staff about local sights and food, the hotel was an excellent stay. Centrally located and just at the beach front. Neverthless, if I ever make a trip back again, this will still be my choice of hotel.Hotel Facilities

Louise from Australia stayed in a Standard for 21 days.
Have stayed there previously and was disappointed the Hotel this time around. They are definately catering for the Indonesians. Breakfast was mostly Indonesian food, no such thing as breakfast cereal and if you didn't like eggs everyday for 3 weeks there was nothing else. The room I requested was to be lower ground floor, instead we got 3rd floor room the furthest away from any facility. I complained and eventually we were moved. The room next door was occupied by 10 people, 2 adults and 8 children (it was a twin room) - the noise unbeleivable 24 hours non stop. No respect for anyone else.So as you guessed we will no longer stay in this hotel again.Hotel Facilities
