Indah Beach Hotel is in a great spot, close to everything. The room was good but the bathroom is average. The hotel will be closing in Feb/ March for renovations and opening approx October 2008. The staff were fantastic, and I look forward to seeing it once renovated.

We were only at this hotel for one night. The room was clean , but the room fittings were old as were the bathroom facilities, although these were not so clean. We arrived at the hotel about 2 am, and after breakfast we found alternative accommodation.

The air-condition in room is poor, leaking water and the room is not clean, the floor is oily and door lock in toilet is spoiled. Air-condition is not cold enough and no remote control to adjust the temperature. Air-cond leaking water. Floor doesn't mop and is very oily. Toilet door lock is spoiled. Toilet is dirty and leaking water, floor is oily.

well, i only chose this hotel because of its rate, it is the cheapest i can find in Hoteltravel.com. yes, we were on a budget holiday, but the previous reviews were good, the photos looked nice, and the location is one of the best, so i decided to go ahead with this hotel.
the first night when we check-in to the hotel, i was full of regrets, i kept questioning why wouldnt i just pay a bit extra to stay in a better hotel. Indah Beach hotel in fact looks more like a cheap motel.
I think the room had been left empty for a while, it had the bad smell of stuffed-air. The room was not really clean too, no house cleaning were done before we checked in, the bathroom had dead bugs' bodies, the floor has dirts. The furnitures were old, and there were water stains on the ceiling near the air conditioner, as well as in the bath room.
the second night when we returned to the hotel, i was really disappointed that no house keeping were done yet, there were no new clean shower towel, the bed were undone. only on the following days, they did the house keeping. i wonder if there isnt any cleaners working on Sunday (we check-in in Saturday night) or they just forgot about our rooms?
the only good thing about this hotel is the location, it is near the Kuta beach, as well as shops and the party places. we can basically walk any direction and end up in a tourist spot.

rooms were dark, bedding stained and dirty, and very noisy at night. Was kept up by the noise of d\barking and fighting dogs outside my room all night. Tv didn't work properly. located in a seedy street though it was only a 2 min walk to the beach. expensive for what it was. you can get much better deal in legian, just 10 mis walk down the beach from Kuta

What you pay is what you get. It is in the heart of Kuta (but I would rather prefer Legian area). Room Staff is friendly, but needs skills. Few facilities. Swimming pool is very clean, but needs renovation. Air conditioning does not work properly. Bathrooms are awful. Actuallky,this hotel, specially rooms, needs urgent renovation.
