Except for the location, which is slightly far away from the Kuta square where all the shops and eateries are, the absence of free internet access and limited breakfast buffet spread, i'm very satisfied with the resort. The standard room is big, gym is well-equipped, swimming pool is clean, (though a bit small).

Harris had no record of our booking when we arrived. We were charged 1 extra night. We paid for breakfast despite hoteltravel's claim that this was included. No reply from either Harris or HotelTravel to my e-mail several weeks ago. Harris and HotelTravel.com have serious communication issues.

The beach is just directly opp the hotel but there aren't a wide variety of food place. The hotel is quite far away from the market place. I have bked for a family room with 2 adult and 2 children. The hotel will provide 2 sets of towel. I have to pay extra (S$40) for extension for my room as my flight was in the night and they only provided a towel for my family of four. But overall I'm quite happy as I only stayed for a night stay and for that kind of environment.

Nice place.Clean and calm. Friendly and helpful staff.Unfortunatly in Kuta.Gym is more of a joke.Internet is not free.Pool is a bit small but clean.Only 10 meters from beach.

Overall we enjoyed our stay and the staff were friendly, hotel location was good, pool is nice. However, we encountered a couple problems with the infrastructure of the hotel -- the toilet was broken and took too long to fix, finally after insisting, we got to move to another room. The hot water was not working for a full day during our stay there due to some repair work that was going on in the hotel, and staff were not very knowledgeable about what was going on. We were told that water would come on at 5pm, but at 9 pm there was still no hot water despite repeated hourly reminders. Housekeeping was being sticky about our request for extra pillows, ice cubes etc. Breakfast could be extended to 11.30 am as many people tend to get up late. Offer ala carte breakfast to guests if buffet is closed. We had to rush through breakfast one morning when we arrived at about 10.15am.
