Though the hotel rooms are a little bit old & tired but nevertheless clean, in all other aspects from facilities to F&B and service, it is excellent. I have inadvertently left my wallet at the room safe after checking out from the hotel. Upon reaching the airport, I made a call to the hotel and the staff quickly went to check and kept it in their safe custody. The hotel staff were very helpful in assisting me to send my wallet with all personal ID card & contents secured, including cash back to me in my home country.
