This is the best hotel for your money. I would give it a 5 star rating, the staff we felt as if they were are good friends. The pools are the best in Sanur. We were upgraded from a a standard garden to the honeymoon suite for no extra cost due do a fussy baby in the room next to us! The facility's are beatifull and the pizza resuarant was great!! And being american they have the best lunch hamburger in bali!! This hotel had the most people of any hotel staying there the other hotels looked like ghost towns. But the griya still did not feel crowded one bit! If you stay there talk with the front...

It was clear the owners have decided to minimise costs to the full extent eg. fans and lights in "common areas" were all turned off. Hence, apart from inside the rooms, the hotel was hot and uncomfortable. Rooms were serviced daily but sheets and quilt covers were not changed. We complained about the ants in the room (on the bureau) but staff did not spray as requested. very poor quality of service. do not reccomend.
