The hotel was great and the staff so friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast was terrific and changed slightly everyday to give variety. It was continually replenished as well. If they didn't have fried eggs on they would cook them for you - just ask. Rooms were always very clean. Anything we asked for we got including a free two-hour massage and free pick up to take us back to the airport at the end of our trip. Pool towels are available at reception- just ask. Lots of Australians stay here. Close to Centro and within walking distance to Kuta and Waterbom Park. My only complaint would be that the pool doesn't get much sun and is therefore pretty cool but you can use the Frebris Hotel pool (just down the road) and this is in the sun and warmer. Great Hotel and I WILL stay here again and recommend it to my friends.

Great little hotel, rooms were very good and clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Road out the front was very busy. We stayed here only 1 night cause it was close to the Airport but probably wouldn't stay here for our whole holiday.

Friendly and pleasant staff. Clean hotel. There is pressure to use their massage service through their free offer which is a marketing ploy to get you to upgrade the level of service and this involves a payment.The service is done at another location and is a pleasant experience with nice attentive staff. It is a good service but yuo need to be aware about the subtle pressure to use the service.

We have a short stay at Green Garden on 8 -11 June. It is a good deal for the price we paid for a small hotel. We have arranged for the hotel taxi to pick us up and he was standing there the first driver immediately right in front of the arrival exit ! But when we check-in, it gave us 3 single beds when I requested for 1 Queen and 1 single. and I have the email confirmation from the hotel manager. but the staff at the counter desk told me triple sharing room come with standard 3 single beds. This is bit of disappointment as I have confirmed with them my request 3 months ago! although not substantial to affect my stay. so, in the end, we just took the room given.. Overall, it is very clean and comfortable. But breakfast is not good with very few choices only. Good location, easy to get around.
