Great hotel, very friendly, respectful and professional staff, well kept hotel grounds, good location, everything close-by, lots of nice little restaurants to discover in every direction.The only downside is that there is a very busy road between the hotel and the (public) beach. But this goes for every hotel in Kuta....

Great hotel, very friendly, respectful and professional staff, well kept hotel grounds, good location, everything close-by, lots of nice little restaurants to discover in every direction.The only downside is that there is a very busy road between the hotel and the (public) beach. I have booked 5 rooms but one of the room door cannot open, TV channel has only 9 channels and is not color TV, toilet lights not working and air con not cold. Every morning has to call the hotel to open the door. We do not have all the rooms at the same floor and one of the room is a smoking room which we requested was a non smoking room found very dissapointed. My friend found string on his noodle during the breakfast
