Rooms are very spacious. We are family of five, three kids and two adults. We had two rooms which were connected rooms and that was great for big family. Views are great. Breakfast was a little bit poored, needs something more, if you want to eat for a two weeks same breakfast. Great place to spent peaceful vacation with family.

Rooms are clean but airco is a bit noisy. The staff at the pool and restaurants were very friendly only the reception staff was a little bit not caring enough. Also the location of the hotel could be better, The beach is nearby and very good but the shops (near sindhu beach) are +- 20 minutes walking distance away

We had no hot water for a week, all swimming pools were 'out-of-order' and the television services were not working. We finally had to leave and go elsewhere. An extremely disappointing start to our holidays in Bali.

Except for one hotel staff (an old lady in the front desk w glasses) who was rude and didnt know how the hotel functioned, everything went weel. We knew the hotel was far and this adds actually to the restfulness expected from a holiday.

We stayed for 4 days, the staff was very friendly. Since we are vegetarian the chef took special effort to make a vegetarian dish for our breakfast buffet, we appreciate that. The services from Barat Travels was good. Room Cleanliness can be improved.
