Nerida from Australia stayed in a Superior garden view for 7 days.
This hotel is the best i have stayed in. I have been to Bali 4 times and this hotel tops the lot,location service and value for money. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Bali and cant wait to be back there again.Love the place.

We have just stayed 12 days at the Inna Grand in a Deluxe Sea View Room ,thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the staff where very friendly and helpful in every way, the grounds are very well maintained also the pool are is very inviting. It is always lovely to be right on the beach as a second option to the pool. Plenty of sun loungers with the staff always willing to help move them for you.
Good breakfast I would suggest going between 9.00 and 9.30 when it’s not so busy as earlier there were a lot more people then.
Good value for money eating in the hotel restaurants.
Our room was very good, nice and clean with good air conditioning, and very hot water, also nice new beds where delivered to us on the 3rd day.
Overall, the service was excellent. You only had to ask for something and it was delivered to you.
I have stayed in other hotels in Sanur, but would defiantly come back to the Inna Grand, and would also recommend it to my family and friends.

Breakfast variety was very poor , quality of food not great with selections definately catering to an Asian market. Room service menu was ordered and the food arrived cold and undercooked. The swim up pool bar is no longer used and many of the facilities listed appear not to be in use ie. recreation in the pool etc. Sea view bar closed at 10pm most nights and very limited option to socialise in the hotel available. We have stayed two nights in this hotel during new year. The beach and the new year party was good but the staff were not helpful and the funiture and bathroom were very old. It was a long hike from our room to the reception. It is a five star hotel but not to five star standard. My husband had booked and day room the day before we checked out be cause our flights was at night. The reception told him the room number but the next day when we try to check in the women told us that the room was given to other people and there wasn't any record in the system or notes to indicate that my husband had book the room. It was solved at the end and the reception admit that her coworker forgot to let her know. I don't know how their system works. Just don't feel the five star service.
