Graha Resort is not a very good hotel. The room was not very clean. Very bad breakfast. However, the location is good and the staff are friendly; For my part, I don't recommand this hotel.Hotel Facilities

Difficult to find as it is obscure. A bigger signboard needed. Lane to the hotel is dark without any light. Breakfast too simple for that value but I like the juice... Room is spacious but bed a bit too old not really confortable for sleeping.Hotel Facilities

Ellen from Australia stayed in a Deluxe for 3 days.
We did not stay here, we took one look at the rooms which were dark, damp and dirty. The place is old tired and needs a very good clean. Although I must say the staff were very good and helpful. We moved to the Padi Prada, which was more expensive, but worth every cent. Lovely and clean, beautiful cool clean pool, over looks rice paddy, absolutely gorgeous!Hotel Facilities

Graha hotel is a great place to stay when in Ubud. We stayed 2 nights there. The bungalows were very spacious and clean, although my only complaint was that the furniture was quite old and worn looking. Its an excellent location near the Monkey Forest and shopping. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great value for money. =)Hotel Facilities

We wanted to be close to shopping and nice restaurants which was a bonus as we where close to everything it was a cheap place to stay - We now know why it was awful - It smelt of sewerage when we got their the air con wasn't working and we did not eat brekky their which was included in our price as it just looked dirty not a place to enjoy and it looked ok on the picture !!!Hotel Facilities

The location is very good, near restaurants and convenient stores as well as Ubud Palace...Verona Spa(recommended)is just opposite to it!
At this very low price, the room condition is quite okay. Facilities and design are very simple but acceptable. Value for money! The staff are very friendly and helpful. I had quite a good experience here.Hotel Facilities

The most impressive points are the convenient location and friendly staffs. But the facilities in the room are quite old. The wood Indonesian god sculputure on the wall makes the dark room more thrilling at night.Hotel Facilities

the location is near the monkey foreast, there are many restaurant and bars nearby. the staff is friendly but i have paid 25000Rp for the rent of the bike in the hotel, it's only 10000Rp on the road. It's not a goog experience.Hotel Facilities

The hot water in the bathroom only came very late towards the end of my bath. The water coming out from the shower head is very small and dismal.
Aircon in my room was not working properly and it was hot. I think the aircons needs to serviced more often.

The pool would have been lovely if it was clean. Every day I was told that it would be sorted out tomorrow. they did say that they would try to have a word with the hotel next door about using theirs but i couldn't be bothered. My room was spacious but damp and cracks on the ceiling.Great location though. I think that there were better places to stay that where cheaper in Ubud ( alot of them homestays) as friends stayed there. Service was good though.Hotel Facilities

Wen from Malaysia stayed in a Superior cottage for 3 days.
The room is spacious and clean, the bathroom is big, the environment is quiet. One shortcoming is the hot water, there is no hot pot for boiling the water in the room. The hot water from the bathroom also needed to wait for 10-15 minutes. Other than that, everything is good.Hotel Facilities
