I was really impressed with Flora Kuta Bali considering the cheap price and having seen previous negative opinions of the place. The hotel is in a perfect location for shopping, food, nightlife, and beach. I felt safe even when I was walking around by myself at night without the guys. The walk to the beach and the clubs was less than ten minutes. It was nice being a little away from the clubs, so there was no noise to keep you up at night.The lobby is nice, the pool was cool but I don't think I would ever get in it since it didn't look the cleanest. Our room was actually really spacious, tile floors, comfortable clean bed, porch overlooking pool, air conditioning, toiletries, etc. And the free breakfast wasn't too bad either. Scrambled eggs, toast and jelly, rice/noodles, coffee, juice, etc. I would totally recommend this place to someone who wants to get the true Kuta Beach experience and is on a budget.
