Rated #120 for all Bali hotels
This was a fabulous hotel. We had a Family Suite, which was very spacious, however next time I would go for one of their Ocean View Suites. The family suite is one very large room with a lounge suite and 2 single beds that had the entrance door and one very tiny window, then the master suite that included the bathroom and balcony came off this room. As we had a baby who was slept in the master suite with us and another child who slept in the other room it made access to the balcony and bathroom impossible during baby sleeping times. Would be fine with two older children, however in my opinion ...

Would be fine with two older children, however in my opinion balcomy needs to come off both rooms as the large lounge room is dark but still very nice and I am just being a bit picky. Plasma TV's in both rooms with a dvd player in master suite was great. Also great selection of tv channels to suit all tastes. Anyway, superb hotel, fantastic staff, pool and kids pool are the best, babysitter service super (ask for Debbie, she is a beautiful person), magnificent breakfast, terrific breakfast with everything you can possibly imagine. We only had one problem when leaving, I had booked transfers directly with the hotel, we needed to make one stop on the way to the airport. When I checked out I asked the receptionist if she would like extra to make the stop (10 mins away), she said no that was fine, anyway it took half an hour to mess around with 3 different staff members who wanted to charge us 3 times the amount to make one small stop. We did not care about the money, but we did care that time was ticking away and we had a plane to catch. Anyway in the end we had to run down (literally run with baby in hand) to where all the drivers sit at the front of the hotel and get one of them to take us (not through the hotel). He charged us a fraction of the cost and was more than happy to help. I would advise checking out with plenty of time to spare as reception is always busy and making sure if you book transfers with the hotel that they get onto it, otherwise you may get stuck. Overall a great hotel, and we will definitely stay again.

The hotel is well maintained and well located. As you'd expect they charge like wounded bulls for all their services - food, alcohol, internet, etc - but these are all optional. The gym was excellent and the massages were also pretty goodl.
It is an easy walk into Kuta town along the beach and access to transport is very good. It is only a quick trip to Jimbarean Bay and Legion.
We certainly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and thought it was pretty good value for money just get your food and alcohol elsewhere.

Have been a regular visitor to this hotel for many yrs due to great location, staff, food etc. However rooms are getting very 'tired' and upgrades to other hotels close by will create some competition for the hotel in the future.

Everything was great except the check-in/check-out process. It took too long, not enough staff to service guests and staff seemed confused at times as to what order to help guests. On check-in, there was no reservation when in fact I had an e-mail scheduling an airport pick-up. I even called the night before and the person pulled up the reservation. Therefore,no airport pick-up. Because you are close to the airport and we checked in during the day, this was not a problem. To a guest arriving late at night, it might be a problem. A simple process with what seems to be up-to-date technology took longer than 30 minutes with 1 guest before us. Secondly, we needed to have our breakfast tickets extended due to staying an extra day. This process took another 15 minutes. Then the check-in person assisted another person who walked up to her and wasn't waiting in the line. Thirdly, the check-out process was another 20 minutes. As a result, almost an hour of our vacation was spent through a simple process that could have been combined in less than 15 min. TOTAL. Additionally, we extended our stay for another evening. The housekeeping service went from 100 to 0 overnight. We left our room for three hours with the housekeeping sign on. We returned and no one had cleaned. I called for cleaning. We left and came back to find the trash from all trash cans not emptied, new pillow duvets left by the tv (did they not change them), no hand towels, and only two bath towels (during the other 4 nights we requested 3 bath towels and it didn't seem to be a problem). After booking I became skeptical when I read on other travel sites about the roaches in the bath areas, rat sightings, and noise level of construction going around the resort. I am happy to say none of these things were experienced. This is a terrific hotel that needs a few training updates and they will be fantastic.

location is good cos not overcrowded but hotelroom aircon not cool enough that we have to request for two fans to put in our room. Though they are kind enough to change our room we still found that the aircons are not working well in the other room too.

The staff were friendly and courteous. The hotel premises were well kept. The hotel should have provided free shuttle to and from the airport.

We stayed there for two nights. The hotel beach isnt that great, but it is one of the few beach front hotels in Kuta/Tuban..most hotels don't have their own beach and you need to cross the road to get to them. The downside is that the Ocean View Deluxe room we had was rather disappointing. It wasnt facing the ocean view at all. What we could see was only the garden view and the room didnt have with a bathtub. Somehow, not worth paying for the ocean view rate. Surmise the standard room is just as good. However, they serve great breakfast and the staff are friendly and helpful. Good location, just about 10 minutes from the airport, close to shops, as well as the Discovery Shopping Mall and restaurants. Overall, it is a great hotel to stay and relax.
