We stayed there for 16 days and found we could have paid less and got more elsewhere. We were in an old room with a 30 cm old TV. We had to call four times to get towels when we first arrived. The staff where very friendly but didn’t want to work. The breakfast was the same nearly every morning with not much variety. And the staff stood around talking all the time while customers had no plates, no food, no cutlery, no cups etc. all in one morning. One of the customers abused them.

It was a very wrong decision to choose here. Rooms are very small. All of the very old. Street front with flooding. Places around the hotel is awesome. I was disappointed.

The hotel has all you need at a good price. There is some building work going on now but really had little impact on my stay. Great friendly staff and the pool/bar area has been renovated and looks great.

Fantastic hotel, vey clean and large family rooms. Staff were very friendly and food was excellent. Pool was perfect after a long day of shopping. Probably wouldnt stay there if you have kids as there are alot of crazy young drunks that stay there as it is close to the bounty. I would stay here again.

Nice gardens, basic resort style accomodation, pleasant atmosphere, basic breakfast, towels and sheets a bit grubby, good location, shame Legian is not a very nice place.

Over all a pleasant stay at Dewi Sri. Positives - Room was cleaned very well every day, Friendly & Efficient staff. Very clean hotel. Negatives - A/C very noisy, Bathrooms a little run down and alot of disrespectful younger guests playing loud music til all hours, banging on doors through the night.

The floor of the bathroom was sticky when wet. The towels displayed at the bathroom were stinky (one kind of smell, probably due to late wash) The fried served in the morning buffet breakfast was spolit- watery texture. Staff at the restaurant are not so friendly- no smiley face.

fogging must be done often around the hotel's compound. For all my 5 days stay, I was bitten by mosquitoes.

Overall the hotel was still alright but still disappointed over the room and their facilities and amenities, would not dare to use their swimming pool. Furthermore, it is a long walk to Kuta beach, Kuta Square and Matahari Shopping Mall. I hope that the management might consider performing an upgrade to the hotel and also suggesting to provide more varities to the morning breakfast.

For travellers who just need a lodging is considered expensive. The room is simple but the environment is good. Not recommend for budget traveller.

The family room was really spacious - a pleasant surprise. Staff friendly. Surrounding area pleasant. Cross proximity to shops and entertainment outlets. The short 'dark lane' as mentioned by one of the reviews was not as bad as it sounded. There were shops and enterainment outlets along the lane. A little more light will make all the difference. Overall a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Cheers.

the hotel was clean and well ventilated. i liked the fact that each room is given a small balcony with 2 chairs and a table. this was pefect for an early morning drink/read/chat. it is also near the shopping area. the only downside is that it is quite a distance from kuta beach. nevertheless, it was all worth the money i paid for the stay!!! will surely stay there for my future trip!

I stayed here for 8 days and I really liked the hotel. The pool is nice and I had a nice room, allthough I have heard people complain about noisy rooms. I was just lucky I guess. The food is good but you can get it a bit cheaper around the corner. Some of the movies were really bad, strange subtitles or no image at all!The breakfast was very good and included! It is a really nice hotel with very friendly staff. It is a good place to stay for a few days but it is in a very busy area so if you want peace than I would suggest somewhere outside Kuta!

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and Kuta's main shopping area and beach, yet it is quiet and has a nice pool. It is a good place for a short stay before taking the plane or exploring other parts of the island but I would not recommend staying there for a long period of time.

This hotel is located dead bang in the middle of Kuta nightlife. My room was quite far off the side road so didn't hear loud music. There is a hotel next door which plays very loud music even though there is never anyone in their bar/club!!! Standard room was a decent size and very clean. Breakfast was good. All staff were very polite and friendly.

A quiet hotel with friendly service close to the heart of Kuta. A great place to stay provided you don't want to sleep between 10.00pm and 4.00 am because of the noise from the surrounding night clubs!
